Take a tour of the city
on an open-top bus.
Rosenborg Royalty
the gardens surround.
Thick-trunked tree and lions guard
the Danish Queen as she surveys her land.
Church of Our Saviour
with it’s famous spire,
blown off at the top
as the stair gets narrower.
Walk along Str?&01ff;get,
a lengthy pedestrianised street –
vibrant and fun,
who will you meet?
See the city rise above
in all its splendour.
Take a canal tour
but mind your head –
the bridges are low.
You could end up…well…dead.
Climbing again
up the ramp of Round Tower,
for more panoramic views
but this time it’s safer!
Tivoli lights up,
fireworks at night.
A carnival atmosphere –
what a sight!
Most of all explore, explore –
museums galore, and more
in this wonderful city.
I have to leave now,
what a pity.
Almost forgot to mention this place –
sleeping in a warehouse.
Rather warm and comfortable,
but did you see that mouse!?
