HOLE IN MY HEAD(LINE)!
After months of neglect and irregular updates, Hole In My Head is back, to be subjected to even more months of neglect and irregular updates.

The most recent piece of writing added is "Cats", which was published by Stoke-on-Trent Libraries in All Write magazine in 2006.

Latest exciting news: Following my top 20 placing in The Times Travel Photo Competition, I won the Newcastle-under-Lyme category in The Urban Vision Living Landscapes Photography Competition with a photo of The Guild Hall. :D Then I won the Exodus Travel Photo of the Month for May...followed by a regional win in the Big Picture competition, which will result in one of my photos being displayed on a billboard in Stoke-on-Trent!

To get some opinion on this website, I went to visit Statler & Waldorf of Muppets balcony fame. As I arrived, I overheard them talking.
I'd buy the
Internet and take off
this website!
exclaimed Waldorf

Statler: "You know, this website really improves with age..."
Waldorf: "Why? Because the content gets better?"
Statler: "No! Because my eyesight gets worse!"

Statler: "What would you do if you were a rich man?"
Waldorf: "I'd buy the Internet and take off this website!"

   They declined the interview.

Why this website? In 2000 I set up what was primarily a Feeder fansite called Hole In My Head ('tis the name of a Feeder album track for those not in the know, and also aptly describes a condition I have). I bought the holeinmyhead.co.uk domain name in 2003 and planned an all-new Feeder fansite which never materialised. At first I used the website to share gig photos, and then started to add writing and other artwork I'd done. Then I bought a new camera and went travelling so a whole new travel photography section was born and I had even more sections not to update.
